Firework Emotional STORM
We have a gorgeous, 6 year old, highly sensitive Border Collie who is petrified of sudden loud noises. Naturally, this makes New Year’s Eve a terrifying ordeal for her and so, this year, we
decided to try Storm Dog in hopes it might ease her anxiety.
We definitely noticed a difference. She was, unsurprisingly, still scared when the bangs started but this year she didn’t stay in her safe place all night. This year she moved between her safe place and the more exposed areas of the house. We also noticed that she trembled less than in previous years and that after the fireworks came to an end, she rallied more quickly than usual.
An added bonus was that during her walk the next day an unexpected bang went off nearby and instead of trying to run home or bury herself in the nearest hedge, this time she didn’t try to hide. Her distress lasted less than a minute and she was back to playing, tail high in the air, in no time. Storm Dog helped support her through NYE and beyond, and we’ll definitely be using it again. Inspired by our late, beloved terrier Marley — a sacred three-legged warrior whose very essence reflected the Pawer of the Storm.
Raised within a holistic home and supported with homeopathy by Marek + Nina, devoted Holistic Dog Guardian and Professional Homeopath,
Marley became the heart behind STORM DOG™.
Our experience with him shaped our belief in gentle, natural approaches to supporting calm and emotional balance, whatever life brings.
After Marley's passing, we were inspired to dedicate our lives to the welfare of Dogs, Cats, and all Animals. Over the years we've gained, hands on experienced of caring for the wellbeing of many dogs. Through this we discovered the growing need to support sensitive dogs who struggle with fear, anxiety and noise sensitivity.
